This unbelievable opportunity was presented to me by a dedicated follower of my blog. In May of 2011, days before I was to return to the US, she approached me about publishing my memoir with the small consumer imprint that she is getting ready to launch entitled MyHome Press, enthusiastically announcing that she already knew what the cover was going to be.
The title of my memoir is Leap and I’m working on it as we speak.
This picture was taken at Victoria Falls in Livingstone, Zambia. My visit just so happened to coincide with the tiny window of time at the very beginning of rainy season when the falls are beginning to flow, enabling visitors to jump into Devil’s Pool near the edge of the falls.
